An installment can be arranged for purchases of 50,000 AMD and more. A 1% service fee and principal amount apply for the installment. An installment can be arranged for a maximum of 5 years. To arrange an installment, you need a passport and social security card or only an identification card. We cooperate with Inecobank, Armeconombank, VTB-Armenia Bank, Ameria Bank and Converse Bank.
Do you perform installation work on heating systems?
If you purchase the entire heating system from the Domus store, installation is free of charge, up to 7 points.
Is there a warranty service for purchased products?
If I buy a sample from Shiraz 25 store, can I return it to another store?
You need to approach the store where the purchase was made.
Are the prices listed online the same as the prices in the salon?
The prices and discounts of the online store’s assortment correspond to the prices and discounts in the store, differences are excluded.
What products can I find at Domus?
Domus stores, being the only ones of their kind, offer more than 50,000 products for renovation, furnishing, as well as furniture manufacturing. Being the official representative of a number of global brands in Armenia, Domus offers a constantly updated and diverse range of heating systems, furniture, doors, sinks, floor and wall tiles, laminate flooring, bathtubs and shower cabins, kitchen and small household appliances, paints and wallpapers, and tools.

The Domus chain of stores is open every day, Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 to 19:00 and on Sunday from 11:00 to 18:30. The branch at 8 Davit Anhaght is open until 20:30, and on Sundays until 20:00.

Do you deliver purchased items?
In Yerevan, for purchases of 30,000 AMD and more, delivery is FREE, and for purchases of less than 30,000 AMD, delivery is charged at a rate of 1,000 AMD, within 3-6 business days. Regional deliveries are carried out within 10 business days, at a rate of 150 AMD/km. *For furniture slabs in Yerevan, delivery is charged at a rate of 4,000 AMD, and regional deliveries are charged at a rate of 400 AMD/km. The external qualitative and quantitative conformity of the purchased product must be checked at the time of delivery (receipt) in the presence of the delivery person, for which you will be given an additional 15 minutes. In case of damage, breakage or shortage of goods, it is necessary to immediately inform the delivery person and indicate on the transport invoice which product and in what quantity you did not receive or received it in a damaged state. *In the case of ceramic tiles, 1% breakage is permissible.
How are product returns handled?
Any purchased product, except for the types of products specified by law, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the moment of delivery (receipt), with the presence of a cash register receipt, if:
– the product and its packaging are undamaged,
– the product has not been used,
– the consumer properties are preserved,
– the label and appearance of the product are preserved,
– the seals are preserved.
The external qualitative and quantitative compliance of the purchased product must be checked at the time of delivery (receipt) in the presence of the delivery person, for which you will be given an additional 15 minutes.
In case of detection of damaged, broken or insufficient quantity of products, it is necessary to immediately inform the delivery person and indicate in the transport invoice which product and in what quantity you did not receive or received it in a damaged state.
*in the case of ceramic tiles, 1% breakage is permissible.
No refunds or exchanges will be made for damaged items found after the shipping invoice has been signed.
*in the case of mattresses:
Before the delivery of the ordered goods, in case of the Customer’s refusal, the Customer is obliged to reimburse the Supplier for the costs incurred and pay for the work performed up to that time:
♦ Permissible deviation of mattress dimensions: +/-2 cm
♦ Standard size mattresses are returned at 75% of the cost, in case of factory packaging,
♦ Non-standard size mattresses are not returned
♦ Standard mattress dimensions are posted below
♦ The requirements of Articles 728-737 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia apply to all orders
